House Fornaci is a modern 85 m2 apartment located in a historic building in the center of Rome. Pet friendly, family friendly, it is ideal for groups and also for couples who want to enjoy a stay in Rome supported by our staff in one of the best areas of the capital! The structure is located in via delle Fornaci a few meters from Piazza San Pietro and from the panoramic terrace of the Gianicolo or from the Bambin Gesù hospital which can be accessed via an underpass. The Vatican area is the perfect place for a holiday: full of shops, typical restaurants, attractions and panoramic places. The strong point is the excellent connection with public transport. Space The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Each room has a double bed (with the possibility of adding single beds) and other comforts such as fast WI-FI, courtesy kit (sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, extra pillows and blankets), there are independent heating, air conditioners and utensils for cooking (food is not provided). The structure does not have an internal private parking, but we recommend the public parking a 5-minute walk from us where there is always a place and remains highly supervised. Guest access The apartment is located in a historic building so to take the lift (64 cm wide) it is necessary to take a few steps. After the entrance door, the apartment is on the first floor which can be reached via the stairs or the lift. There is no physical reception (the 24h reception is ONLY online) and the concierge service is NOT available. For this reason, since we are in an unattended condominium, we ask you to make an appointment with a member of staff ONLY for check-in to collect the keys.

Neighborhood description In the immediate vicinity there are some markets, a laundry, a taxi station and numerous restaurants. There is also a stationer's shop, a pharmacy and a currency exchange and tourist information shop. All these useful points are located less than 200 meters from our structure. Getting around the area Via delle Fornaci is the main street of the area, on foot you can reach Piazza San Pietro, the Gianicolo, the Vatican museums, Borgo Pio, Castel Sant'Angelo, the shopping area of ​​the Prati district and right under our house number is present the bus stop n.64 which connects the apartment to Termini Station and to the major attractions of Rome that cannot be reached on foot. In addition to the buses, we are also a 5-minute walk from Stazione San Pietro, a railway station connected to the main stations of Rome and the major Italian cities (Florence, Naples, Bologna and Milan).
