Standard Apartment: The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a patio in front, where there is a service bathroom with toilet and sink, and a patio behind, with sitting area, chaise lounge and outdoor shower. The interior consists of a living/dining room and kitchenette, two bedrooms, one quadruple and one triple, and a bathroom complete with all services. Outside we find the 7.30 x 3.30 meter swimming pool shared with 3 further apartments, a professional gas barbecue and lounges intended for guests to relax. Apartment with Pool View: The apartment is located on the first floor and immediately features a small patio equipped with table and chairs. The interior consists of a living/dining room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom complete with all services. Outside we find the 7.30 x 3.30 meter swimming pool shared with 3 further apartments, a professional gas barbecue and lounges intended for guests to relax. Villetta Laura is equipped with air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room, free wi-fi and ample free public parking nearby.

The house is located in Santa Maria di Leuca, 600 m from the Cristoforo Colombo seafront and a few steps from commercial establishments such as supermarkets, tobacconists, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, ice cream parlors and amusement arcades, making the use of the car almost zero. Santa Maria di Leuca today is one of the most well-known and renowned seaside resorts further south in Italy, rich not only in leisure and entertainment, but also in history and culture, making it attractive to any age group. Taking a tour in the surrounding area, the places not to be missed are certainly the Basilica - Sanctuary, the lighthouse, the monumental waterfall, but also the enchanting nineteenth-century villas, built in various styles mostly by the architects Ruggeri and Rossi. Last and not least Leuca offers tourists who visit it splendid beaches with crystal clear sea, but also fantastic caves to visit, with unforgettable boat excursions.
