Welcome to Homestay – your cosy retreat in the heart of Catania, on the lively Via Antonino di Sangiuliano. Relax on our terrace and take in panoramic views: Mount Etna, the cathedral’s domes, Bellini Theatre, and Palazzo Manganelli. Homestay offers: 2 guest rooms with shared bathroom 1 guest room with private bathroom Common areas: living room, rooftop, and a kitchenette for light meals (no cooking) Hosts live on-site in a private apartment Being in the city centre means some nightlife noise, especially on weekends. We’re on the 3rd floor with no lift, but rooms have double-glazed windows and earplugs for your comfort. Company Policies & House Rules: - Luggage storage: Only after check-out, not before check-in. No storage room or lockers available. - Check-in: 5:00 PM–10:00 PM - Early check-in: On request, subject to availability, extra fee - Late check-in after 10:00 PM: On request, extra fee, self check-in only, documents must be submitted via chat. Host will meet guests later. - Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon), self-service. After check-out, guests may stay in common areas and leave luggage with prior notice. - Quiet hours: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM - Smoking: Only on the terrace - Guests: No unauthorized visitors. Daytime visits only with permission and document registration. No overnight guests. - Open flames: Not allowed in rooms (includes candles) - Air conditioning: Must be turned off when leaving the room and checking-out. extra fee if left on.
