Recently renovated apartment ,located 300 meters from Piazza Michele Ferrero and the center of Alba, with all comforts with parking. Located in a quiet area in the capital of the Langhe, a Unesco heritage site. Ideal starting point for excursions to discover the city, its food and wine and the picturesque landscapes of the Langhe with its villages (Barolo-Grinzane Cavour- Diano d'alba- La Morra - Barbaresco - Monforte - etc.)
Bright studio apartment on the ground floor of a housing complex, consisting of an entrance hall with small hallway, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bed, bathroom, work corner, and storage room with washing machine.
Quiet area , inside the building you can use a condominium parking until all spaces are filled or along the street.
