Completely renovated with an ancient modern character, our structure is immersed in the quiet and ancient historic center of Grottole. In the immediate vicinity there are various services, such as bars, restaurants and groceries. Just 20 minutes from Matera, Capital of Culture 2019, 30 min. from Pietrapertosa and Castelmezzano (the angel's flight), 30 min from the Grancia Park and 40 min. from Metaponto.
The structure is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance, has a large living room-kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a small terrace where you can enjoy the view.
