Il Ruscello Mountain Apartment is a cozy studio apartment furnished in a warm mountain style with a touch of modernity that will make you feel like you are in a mountain "Chalet", equipped with all comforts, garage and storage. Suitable for comfortably accommodating up to 2 people, it is located on the first floor, consisting of a large open space with kitchenette, dining table, smart TV, a comfortable foldaway double bed, equipped with a mattress with topper, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven / microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer. The apartment is equipped with heating and free high-speed Wi-Fi. We provide each guest with a set of towels and slippers. In addition, in the basement of the condominium there is a garage and a storage room, with direct access to the apartment, via elevator or externally by stairs. Only dogs are accepted at Ruscello Mountain Apartment, their presence must be reported in advance, there is a supplement per day per dog which also includes extra sanitization at the end of the stay. IMPORTANT all other pets are not accepted.
