Enjoy our stunning, newly-renovated 1-bedroom home just 40 metres in front of the sea in central Lerici. Stylish and modern, the apartment is ideal for solo travellers, couples, and families with children aged 3 and up. The sea-facing windows offer a view on the public gardens and seafront promenade and is just steps away from everything you may need: from restaurants and shops to public transportation and the Venere Azzurra beach. The apartment is on the first floor (above ground) with a private entrance accessible via one flight of stairs from the main road. The open living space is designed for comfort with a sofa bed, flatscreen TV, writing desk and two large sea-facing windows. The newly installed kitchen features high-end appliances, cookware and basic supplies. The bedroom offers a comfy queen-sized bed, wardrobe and flatscreen smart TV. The apartment also features a convenient washer/dryer combo and free, ultra high-speed, fiberoptic Wi-Fi throughout. TOURIST TAX: Please note that all guests staying in Lerici are required to pay the local tourist tax. 3 EUR per guest per night (for the first five nights) Children aged 12 and under are exempt from the tourist tax. All guests must pay the tourist tax in cash at the time of check-in. POLICE REGISTRATION All guests must provide Passport/ID information before check-in for the mandatory police registration. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in is only possible from 4:00pm on the day of arrival. Unfortunately we cannot offer early check-in for any bookings. There are four paid public parking lots in Lerici. For guests arriving by car, we can obtain permission for you to enter the limited traffic zone (ZTL) to load/unload bags closer to the apartment.

This is the ideal location to enjoy the beautiful Poets' Gulf as well as the provinces of La Spezia, Massa-Carrara, Pisa and Genova. You’ll enjoy staying in a historic building on Via Roma in the first row of houses in front of the sea and just a 2 minute walk from Piazza Garibaldi, the main square of Lerici. With its typical Ligurian colors and vaulted passageways, this road runs parallel to the scenic seafront promenade and is full of places to shop and eat, including a convenient cafe and snack bar directly under the apartment for that perfect morning cappuccino or evening aperitif. Just 100m (300ft) from the apartment is the ferry terminal (with daily summer service to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Levanto, Portofino and Genova) and the bus stop with shuttle service to nearby villages including Fiascherino, Tellaro and San Terenzo. The magnificent 12th century castle is 400m (6 min walk) from the apartment. The local beaches are easily reachable on foot - the nearest beach is just 500m (7 min walk) from the apartment. You can take along the beach umbrella and supplies provided in the apartment to the free beaches, or reserve an umbrella and lounger at one of the beach resorts.
