The first residence, IL VASCELLO, dominates from the panoramic terrace a beautiful view over the whole marina. The structure has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, fully furnished with a comfortable swing. The accommodation internally has a comfortable air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa and a fully equipped hideaway kitchen. Here a service bathroom. From this room you go down to the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms: one triple, one twin and another double from which you can access a small outdoor area where there is an outdoor shower and a washing machine. In the corridor of the sleeping area there is an additional air conditioner. Finally, always in the sleeping area there are two bathrooms equipped with every service. The second residence, VILLA LUCIA, located next to the first, has a splendid and large terrace that overlooks the sea. The finely furnished terrace with a large table, umbrella and deck chairs allows moments of pure and pleasant relaxation. Inside, the house has a lovely air-conditioned living room where, as a backdrop, there is a beautiful fireplace with an elegant wooden table and a comfortable sofa. The bright and fully equipped built-in kitchen has a French window that opens directly onto the splendid terrace. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two doubles and a further blind compartment where a small bedroom with single bed has been created. Finally, there are two bathrooms, one of which is external close to the main bedroom and equipped with a washing machine. Pets allowed on request with extra charge to be paid locally.
