This lovely residence is located a few hundred metres (10/15 minutes' walk) from the centre of Villasimius, on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, characterised by long, fine, white sandy beaches. Flats: arranged on the first or second floor with balcony equipped with table and chairs. They are equipped with WIFI (partial use), TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and kettle, iron and ironing board (on request), hairdryer, air conditioning, 1 beach umbrella provided. The Residence is located in a quiet residential area and is equipped with: reception office (opening times 09.00/13.00 and 16.30/20.00), unguarded private parking, wi-fi (common areas), swimming pool, lift, barbecue and washing machine for common use, bicycles (subject to availability, deposit required), bar. The rates include: - energy consumption of electricity, water and gas, air conditioning, first supply of bed linen and towels (change of linen every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning (excluding kitchenette and waste disposal); wi-fi (partial use), use of swimming pool, shared barbecue, unattended parking, use of bicycles (subject to availability, deposit for use)
