Although the apartment is nearby the center, the secondary street in which it is located guarantees both considerable quiet and plenty of free parking. All around the house you can find splendid Art Nouveau buildings and trees. If you want to visit the city or need something, the area where the house is located is perfect. You can reach everything on foot and, near the apartment, there are numerous supermarkets, bars, herbalist's shop, bakeries, spa (in front), wine shop, pharmacy, pub, florist. Anything you might need.
