Check-in and check-out outside these hours is often allowed, by prior arrangement and by paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (18- 21, early check in before 3 pm). Large apartment located in a splendid complex with garden and swimming pool in Montemarcello, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy. Ideal place for your relaxing holidays pampered by the comforts of the structure. The location is optimal for reaching the Cinque Terre, Lerici, La Spezia, Sarzana, Tellaro and Portovenere moving in one direction and Versilia with Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and the Apuan Alps proceeding in the other. You can also get to Pisa in an hour's journey. Each apartment in the complex has its own private patio with outdoor table and chairs and a barbecue that can be used during your stay. There is a free WI-FI connection service. There is air conditioning which can be used at an extra cost. For the winter months there is independent heating with radiators or hot air splits, which can always be used at an extra cost. The outdoor area shared with the other guests instead consists of the splendid garden and the large swimming pool, equipped with shower, solarium with deck chairs and relaxation area with gazebo, table and armchairs, the ideal place to cool off and relax on hot summer days. The swimming pool is open from 8.00 to 20.00. Also outside there is a hot tub for up to 7 people, which can be used at an extra cost. The structure does not have private parking but about 100 meters from the entrance there is a free public car park where there are always free spaces for guests. Pets are not allowed.

Montemarcello, a fraction of the town of Ameglia, is a medieval village considered one of the most beautiful in Italy, a strategic point between award-winning beaches and gastronomic itineraries, cultural events and concerts. The Casa tra gli Ulivi complex is an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can spend your holidays in complete relaxation. Moving on foot you will arrive in the village, where there are grocery stores, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. From the center of Montemarcello you can take the path to reach the beach on foot: the 266 meters of altitude difference between the village and the sea level can be covered in less than 30 minutes of descent at a moderate pace: in the first part you walk through the streets of the houses, then you enter the wood made of holm oaks and pines where the slope becomes more important. Over 700 steps built with wood, stones and obtained from the ground, lead to the beach of Punta Corvo, a casket of dark sand enclosed between rocks of enchanting beauty. Staying at the Casa tra gli Ulivi you can reach the enchanting towns of the Gulf of Poets such as Lerici and Portovenere with short journeys or reach the Cinque Terre in less than an hour. Continuing along the Riviera del Levante towards Genoa you will find pearls such as Levanto, Moneglia, Sestri Levante until you reach Genoa in an hour. Moving instead towards the nearby Tuscan border and continuing for about 30 minutes you will have arrived in Versilia with its well-known towns such as Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. If, on the other hand, you would like to reach the Tuscan cities of art, Pisa is about an hour away by car as is Lucca, while for Florence it takes about two hours by car. A favorite place for trekking lovers, the paths that lead from the villages to the sea are ideal for those who love this activity. ATTENTION: The descents of the paths, as well as the ascents, are not suitable for everyone, you need to be at least trained and pay attention.
