Just a five-minute walk away you reach the pier area from where boats leave to visit Lake Como and the most renowned lakeside resorts such as Varenna and Bellagio. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a terraced apartment, with well-kept green areas and very convenient private parking and close to the entrance.
