Located in the Langhe, near Alba and La Morra, ‘La Casina’ Mauro Sebaste combines eco-sustainability and comfort. The structure, recently renovated by focusing exclusively on renewable energies, offers four finely furnished flats with modern kitchens, elegant bathrooms, air conditioning and a view of the garden with a heated indoor swimming pool accessible all year round. Three units are located on the first floor, while the fourth is situated on the upper floor overlooking the spacious park. One of the flats has been specially designed to also accommodate guests with disabilities. Wifi is available throughout the building. Each flat is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, utensils, moka coffee machine, microwave, kettle and an outdoor table for eating outside or just having a coffee by the pool. All units are equipped with safes and toiletries for personal hygiene. There is a free cleaning service and linen change every three days, in accordance with the ecological footprint of our facility. It is an ideal place for couples seeking a getaway in nature, without giving up comfort and proximity to the main attractions of the area. Guests can swim in the pool, stroll through the large park or the picturesque paths around the facility, and taste our wines. In the tasting room adjacent to the facility, we can organise cooking classes or yoga lessons, which in summer will be held in the large park or by the pool.

‘Mauro Sebaste's ‘La Casina’ is located just outside Alba in the heart of the Langhe. The ideal place to switch off and enjoy a few days of relaxation surrounded by the beauty of a unique landscape. Amidst the gentle, winding hills of the Langhe there are many small villages and hamlets ideal for exploring. For an immersive experience, we recommend venturing out in search of castles, churches and historical buildings and seeking out typical osterias and wine bars that are ideal for fully immersing oneself in the history and culture of the Langhe. Strategically located overlooking the castle of Grinzane Cavour and the Belvedere di Diano d'Alba, the property is a stone's throw from the historic town of Alba and the characteristic Borgo di La Morra, and offers easy access to the area's main attractions. It is also very close to the small village of Gallo, where you can find bars, restaurants, laundries, a pharmacy and a supermarket.
