The 150 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without a lift: you need to climb a flight of 15 steps to access it. The internal space is divided into two levels: note the presence of an internal staircase that separates them. *** I LEVEL *** - Eat-in KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka and traditional oven - Closed VERANDA equipped with table and chairs - LIVING ROOM sofa, TV, desk and ceiling fan - BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and ceiling fan - BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and desk - BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet and bathtub with shower head - 2 BALCONIES. *** II LEVEL **** - BEDROOM III with queen-size bed and wardrobe - TERRACE with access from the bedroom, equipped with cover, table and chairs. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). Pozzo Faceto is a charming hamlet of Fasano, located 9 km from the main municipality. Known for its homonymous sanctuary dedicated to the Blessed Virgin of the well, the town takes its name from an ancient legend: it is said that the sacred icon of the Madonna was discovered during work in a well, giving rise to the cult and the name of the fraction. Today, Pozzo Faceto is home to luxury farms and a point of reference for the nearby Pezze di Greco, maintaining a close link with its history and spirituality. The sea is only 7 minutes away by car, while in a short time you can reach all the unmissable places in the area such as Ostuni, Locorotondo and Alberobello. Essential services such as bars and groceries are located within 300 meters, while the first pharmacy is a 5-minute drive away.
