The accommodation is part of a larger property but ensures a high level of privacy thanks to two private gardens on different sides — one decorative, perfect for relaxing, and the other equipped with an outdoor dining area, ideal for breakfasts and dinners under the open sky. The house is entirely laid out on one level and features a bright, spacious living room with a dining table and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need, a cosy reading corner, two bedrooms (one double and one smaller bedroom with two single beds), a bathroom in the hallway with a shower, and a second bathroom with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a selection of single-use bathroom amenities — slippers, shower cap, body wash, shampoo, intimate cleanser, toothbrush and vanity kit — as well as a small complimentary minibar with breakfast items in single-serve packages (rusks, Nutella, honey, jams and other small essentials).

Although not in the historic centre of Florence, the area enjoys a truly strategic location: just outside the apartment gate, only a few steps away, there is a bus stop with direct connections to both Florence and Fiesole, making it easy to get around without a car. Crossing the street, about ten steps away, there is another bus stop that allows you to reach Caldine, where you will find a Coop supermarket, additional shops and essential services, or continue towards Borgo San Lorenzo in the Mugello area. The neighbourhood also offers several convenient services within easy walking distance: directly opposite the apartment is the well-known Pasticceria Lorenzo, highly appreciated by locals for its quality breakfasts, fresh pastries and welcoming atmosphere. Next door there is a small grocery store for daily needs, while about one hundred metres away you will find a self-service laundry, ideal for guests staying longer or travelling light. The location also makes it easy to reach some of the most charming areas nearby.
