The Dimora del Cont'Orto is an independent house, a terraced house, which is accessed via an ancient flight of stairs. On the first floor there is a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The second floor is accessed via a staircase that leads to the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and the necessary furniture for outdoor lunches and/or dinners. This house has the flavor of Sicily, Campania, Puglia, Greece and the Mediterranean and is in Abruzzo, a few steps from the sea where you will find long and wide beaches and 40 minutes from our wonderful Gran Sasso. The 2 flights of stairs in the house and some steps to access the bedroom could cause concern for parents of children between two and four years old. The ancient and thick walls make the house naturally cool in the summer. The Dimora is however equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, a fireplace and a wood stove with which you can cook.
