Property information

The structure is treated in detail, starting from the entrance that opens onto the living room through an eighteenth-century restored and modernized door. The door, in addition to presenting the kitchen with all possible comforts, a sofa bed and a table, it is characterized by a recess whose wall was a fireplace of the time, before the renovation. Before entering the bedroom there is a hallway where on a side there is a built-in wardrobe in which different types of utensils are placed and on the other side there is a bathroom, characterized by an eighteenth-century stone that frames the shower.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic historic building in the heart of Cortona. In addition to the beams that cross the ceiling and characterize the whole apartment, by entering the bedroom the first thing that catches the eye is a small window located behind the bed which overlooks Piazzetta Baldelli from which you can also see the main square of Cortona, namely Piazza Della Repubblica.
