Varcato il cancello la villa offre una comoda area parcheggio gratuita per i propri clienti con telecamera di sorveglianza. Risalendo le scale che conducono alla villa si giunge in un’ ampia terrazza fornita di arredo per esterni di ripiano in marmo lavandino e fornelli per le vostre piacevoli cene all’aperto nelle serate estive. Entrati nella villa sulla destra vi è un’area living con divano e TV android 55 pollici. La cucina è extra fornita con fuochi ad induzione, frigorifero a doppia porta, forno elettrico e a microonde, lavastoviglie e depuratore dell’acqua con microfiltrazione. Gli ambienti della villa sono dotate di climatizzazione caldo/freddo, termosifoni a radiatore, e wifi ad alta velocità. Ingresso. A sinistra si trova la camera da letto, matrimoniale, con materasso queen size, TV android, climatizzatore, termosifone, wifi e scrivania. La camera è dotata di uno splendido bagno interno con ampia doccia a filo di pavimento. La camera ha rilevatore di monossido di carbonio e rilevatore antifumo. Ideale per soggiorni di vacanza o lavoro. Piano ammezzato. Estintore e bagno fornito di doccia a filo di pavimento lavatrice e asciugatrice ad uso degli ospiti della villa. The host prefer to meet you at arrival but La Graziosa Dorata as well is self-check-in by means of access codes that will be provided before your arrival. The pass for the Lerici ztl avalaible on summertime will be made free of charge to vehicle owners during the stay. The hosts will also provide a telephone number for any information requested and will always be available to go to the Inn when required and for any need. La Graziosa Dorata is outfitted with every comfort for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with microfiltration for drinkable water for best quality as excellent for hiking use in bottles. You may take use of induction stove, expresso and americano coffee machine, double door refrigerator and anything you are expected to have in a luxury kitchen. Every bedroom is supplied with ethernet and high speed wifi for your holiday or business time. Animals are not allowed due to allergen problems to which hosts are sensitive, and for the same reason there is an absolute ban on smoking in the premises of La Graziosa Dorata. The use of the terrace and the attached grill is allowed provided that you respect the privacy and tranquility of the other accomodation and the neighborhood.
