L’appartamento La Perle de Perledo è l’alloggio ideale per una vacanza di relax, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. Situata a Perledo, un caratteristico borgo sul lago di Como, a due passi dal rinomato Sentiero del Viandante, l’appartamento si trova al primo piano di una tranquilla e moderna casa con vista lago. Attraverso una breve scala, si giunge alla spaziosa terrazza attrezzata, dotata di ombrellone, tavolino, sedie e sdraio, perfetta per pranzi e cene, ma anche per godere del sole e del verde circostante. Un’originale veranda conduce alla zona giorno, costituita da un open space che comprende il soggiorno, con divano e TV, e angolo cottura, dotato di tavolo da pranzo e attrezzato con piano a induzione, lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffè, tostapane, microonde, bollitore, nonché tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. La zona notte è invece costituita da due camere da letto matrimoniali e da un bagno con doccia. Lo spazio esterno di La Perle de Perledo continua anche in una zona di giardino sovrastante in cui si trova la vera protagonista della casa: una jacuzzi panoramica all’aperto, perfetta per rilassarsi sorseggiando un bicchiere di vino mentre il sole tramonta sulle montagne. La casa dispone di spazi interni accoglienti e luminosi, arredati con gusto e dotati di tutti i comfort come Wifi, lavatrice e asse e ferro da stiro. La struttura La Perle de Perledo si trova a soli 6 km dal lago, dalla stazione ferroviaria, dove i treni consentono di raggiungere facilmente Milano e Bergamo, e dal pontile di Varenna, ideale per raggiungere tutte le più note località turistiche del Lago di Como con i suggestivi battelli e traghetti.
