La Pietraia enjoys a beautiful view and an in-ground completely fenced pool (14x6,1.40 mt deep) with equipped solarium. Garden (1000 m2) with gazebo, table and chairs for the entire group, portable bbq, children's games, table tennis, table football. An entrance that is always open leads to the inside of the property with private parking. Interior Farmhouse (about 300 m2) divided into 5 apartments with mosquito nets (not in the dining room) and independent entrances. On the gr. floor, a large dining room (75 m2), ideal for small events (TV, fireplace, stereo, speakers, 1 shower bathroom (no bidet)) connected to an eat-in kitchen (6-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher and access to the outside, near gazebo and pool. 20 steps lead to the 1st apartment (living room, kitchenette, TV, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower). With a side entrance, we access the 2nd apartment (living room with kitchenette, TV, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with private shower bathroom). 10 steps lead to the 1st floor where we find 3rd and 4th apartments, (both with living room with kitchenette, TV, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower). 7 steps lead to the 5th apartment (living room with kitchenette and TV, 2 double bedrooms, a shower bathroom). Portable fan in each room. Laundry room in separate area (washing machine, sink, ironing board, iron) Equipment Equipped with wi-fi internet connection, LPG central heating, mosquito nets, portable fans, baby bed, high chair. Services The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas (but not heating), electricity, wi-fi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, domestic help, cook, cooking courses, weddings. Important Information The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Possibility on request of adding up to 3 additional beds included in the price. The owners live in the farmhouse opposite, in a completely independent position.
