HI! We are Daniele and Dana and we welcome you to our page! The newly renovated apartment is on the first floor of a small building. Everything is new and chosen with love! You will be welcomed by a two-room apartment full of light and colors; entrance hall, living room with double sofa bed and open space kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with XL shower, service balcony and small terrace equipped with garden furniture. Everything has been created to enhance your time! Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning, mosquito nets and soundproofed windows will enrich your time with comfort. Latest generation mattresses (25cm high with bio thermal regulation topper in the bedroom and 18cm high for the double sofa bed), various pillows, soft, clean and perfumed linen and towels will make you feel cuddled. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. In the bathroom there is a 7kg washing machine, a hairdryer and all the necessary hygiene products. The private parking spot is suitable for a small/medium size car (long less than 4,20cm) No pets, smoking or other guests allowed, otherwise an extra cost will be requested for cleaning . For non agreed late check-in / checkout, an extra fee will be requested.

Something about us? We are Daniele and Dana, a happily married couple with two spectacular children: Alex and Iulia Maria... We have gained significant experience in the hotel industry having both worked for a well-known international hotel chain in several European countries. We like to travel! We have travelled a lot and our concept of hospitality is coming out from what we, as guests, would like to experience. And we are not referring only to services and cleanliness. We're talking about empathy, alchemy... magic. We grew up in two families where guests were sacred and making them happy was a matter of pride. This we have been taught, and this is what we try to offer. Ours is not just a job, but a choice, a lifestyle! You will come as guests and leave as friends!

Lucino, Lombardy, Italy Montano Lucino is a quiet village about 3km from Como. It is considered a strategic point for visiting the area, in fact it is located about 15 minutes (by car) from Lake Como and Switzerland. The nearby motorway junction allows you to reach Milan in just 45 minutes and Bergamo in one hour. The "Porte d'Europa" shopping centre, the UCI Cinemas Como multiplex and the S.Anna hospital are a 5-minute drive away. Next to the apartment there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacco, gelateria, newspaper, hairdresser and pharmacy. The most famous equipped swimming pool in the area is just 4 minutes away by car. The public transport stop is in front of the apartment. You can reach Como in about 20 minutes using two lines (C70-C72) by spending 2 euros p.p.
