Welcome to your alpine retreat in Tirano! Whether you're a couple or a large group (up to 10 people), this 160-square-meter home offers comfort, space, and an unparalleled location for exploring Valtellina and Switzerland. This home was designed for maximum relaxation for groups and families, ensuring privacy and functionality: - On the first floor, there's a huge living room with a double bed and a sofa bed. This floor can accommodate 4 people and also has a full bathroom with shower. - On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. This floor can accommodate 4 people and also has a full bathroom with shower. Finally, on the third floor, we have another huge living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. This floor also features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, appliances) to easily prepare daily meals. Finally, on this floor, we have a bathroom with a washer and dryer, and a very large balcony with mountain views. We take care of every detail to ensure your stay is hassle-free: - Beds and Linens: You'll find comfortable beds and a full supply of bed linens and towels. - Fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. - We offer self-check-in upon request, so you can arrive whenever you like. We have a covered public parking lot just two minutes from the property. Of course, you can stop by to drop off your luggage in front of the property and then park there.
