Large and bright apartment located in the city center of La Spezia, offers a bedroom, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a large living room with a sofa bed, three flat-screen TVs, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the city. Bed linen, towels, bathroom amenities and a hairdryer are provided. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and has a lift. The property offers free WiFi throughout the building, air conditioning and heating. Smoking is prohibited at the property.
Hi, we are two sisters, Giulia and Elena! We love the sea, both in winter and summer. We have already had experience in the world of tourism and as hosts. We really like this job, preparing the accommodation and welcoming guests. For this reason, we decided to open a new holiday home in the heart of the city. The holiday home is completely managed by us, we take care of the management of the booking sites, cleaning the house, washing the linen and welcoming the guests.
Excellent location to reach the 5 Terre, Portovenere, Lerici and Tellaro. It is just a 5-minute walk from the station and 10 minutes from the ferry dock. The bus stop is 100 meters away. In the surrounding area you will find bars, supermarkets, tobacconist, bakery, shops, restaurants and clubs/pubs. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find the two main streets of the city, “Via Prione” and “Corso “Cavour”, with many shops, bars, restaurants, pubs/night clubs, bakeries, tobacconists, pharmacies, supermarkets, ATMs, post office, laundromat, “Piazza Cavour” (market square) where you can buy vegetables, fruit and fresh fish every morning. A 10-minute walk from the La Spezia seafront and the new Porto Mirabello, perfect for a quiet walk.
