Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time to welcome you. If you have any requests, need information or problems during your stay we will be available. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax: The municipality of Genoa applies a tourist tax of 3.00 euros/day per person (up to 8 nights) which will be collected in cash upon arrival by the person in charge of check in. The following are exempt from the tax: - minors up to the age of 14 - people staying in the city to undergo therapies in health facilities in the Genoa area and one companion per patient - people who assist patients hospitalized in health facilities in the municipal area, up to 2 companions per patient. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). Splendid, completely renovated apartment, located on the first floor of an iconic period building, in the heart of the center of Genoa, a few minutes walk from the Old Port and the famous Aquarium, from the Palazzo Ducale in Piazza De Ferrari and 10 minutes from the station Genoa Principe, starting point for visiting all the places on the Riviera and beyond. Accommodation characterized by a refined but also extremely functional design, is equipped, among other things, with Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning. Recently renovated with attention to detail, latest generation systems and livable mezzanine. The accommodation consists of an open space living area with TV and sofa bed for 2 people, dining table and a modern kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare and consume meals during your stay: induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and crockery. Here you will also find a washing machine and a drying rack, iron and ironing board for your laundry. A French window provides access to an external part of the house, where you will find a small table with chairs, which can be used as a small patio. There is a modern bathroom complete with fixtures and a large shower. Going up the stairs to the mezzanine you will find the double bed and a wardrobe. For the summer there is air conditioning while for the winter months the heating is centralized, so the times and dates of switching on and off are managed by the condominium. The house does not have private parking, the closest public car parks are Piazza Bandiera, 350 meters from the entrance. Otherwise the alternatives may be the car parks in Piazza delle Fontane Marose (600m away), Piazza Corvetto (850m) or the large Autopark PiccaPietra (15 minutes on foot). Animals are not allowed.

The apartment is located in the center of Genoa, a few minutes from the sea and the center and surrounded by all the services you may need: shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A place to walk and shop in the many shops surrounded by breathtaking architecture and historic buildings that characterize the city. In the immediate vicinity, a 5-minute walk you will find the sixteenth-century Via Garibaldi, a UNESCO heritage site with Palazzo Rosso. Continuing to walk through the characteristic alleys you can reach the Porto Antico area with the famous largest Aquarium in Europe (10 min). You can also easily reach Palazzo Reale (5 min), Palazzo Ducale (10 min), if you like shopping, Via Roma is your street (9 min). It is possible to reach all other areas of the city, such as the famous Via San Vincenzo which connects to the central Via XX Settembre, up to the splendid Piazza De Ferrari. The Nervi Parks, the famous Boccadasse beach and the Corso Italia seafront are also the ideal place for a nice walk admiring the sea. Principe train station is 10 minutes away. The apartment is located 5 km from the airport. Getting around Genoa is very simple, public transport is easily accessible with bus stops well distributed in the different neighborhoods and Principe train station is a 10-minute walk away. From here, using the trains, it is possible to reach all the destinations of the Riviera and beyond, therefore moving towards the East you will find places such as Camogli, Recco up to Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, Sestri Levante, Moneglia and continuing for about an hour and a half from the famous Cinque Terre. In the opposite direction you can visit places such as Arenzano, Varazze, Alassio, Albenga, Sanremo, pearl of the Riviera dei Fiori, Imperia, Bordighera until you reach the French border, about 2 hours by car. From here you can have access to the main cities of the French Riviera.
