I am Laura and, together with my husband Raoul, we welcome you to our home. In addition to us, our big dog Junior and our cat Schwarzy will welcome you. Born and raised in Milan, as soon as possible, we escaped here in Trentino, to Castello di Fiemme, where we had our holiday home. For years we had been thinking about a possible change of life, which for years was just a dream in a drawer. But it is right to make your dreams come true, so, in 2017 we purchased this ancient Refuge, we completely renovated it and inaugurated it as a B&B at the end of 2024. I like to welcome and make the Guests who decide to spend their holidays at the Locanda al Toal feel at home. Before this change of life, I worked as a nurse for 30 years, I graduated in Psychology, so I like to combine my professionalism with that of Hospitality, offering, to those who want it, an added value to the holiday, which consists of coaching sessions to train self-esteem, self-efficacy, the ability to make decisions, resolve conflicts, Health Coach sessions to promote the state of psycho-physical well-being through the adoption of balanced and healthy lifestyles. For this reason we offer our genuine products for breakfast, such as honey from our bees, homemade cakes, our jams. Furthermore, since we have an olive grove in Arquà Petrarca that we manage directly, we can offer our guests our excellent EVO oil. We look forward to sharing this corner of peace, nature and rebirth with you.

In addition, we offer a unique Life and Health Coaching experience with the owner, an expert in Psychology and Cognitive Sciences. The B&B Locanda al Toal is located along the road to the San Pellegrino Pass, in the municipality of Moena, halfway, that is 5 minutes by car, from the ski lifts of the Pass and the cross-country skiing ring of Alochet and the Lusia lifts. In front of the B&B there is a municipal park equipped with barbecue, a sensory path in the woods, with even a ford in the San Pellegrino stream. For eating you are spoiled for choice: a stone's throw away on foot there is the Bucaneve Hotel Restaurant, with which we have an agreement for dinner; a 3-minute drive away, in the Alochet area, there is the Malga Negritella where you can taste typical dishes of the Trentino tradition; in Moena there are several restaurants and pizzerias, such as Kusk, or the Faloria bistro and just outside Moena there are two truly characteristic places, Malga Peniola and Agritur El Mas. If you are interested in History, Science and culture in general, the Mostra de la Gran Vera (the First World War) in Moena, the Museo Ladin de Fascia, in San Giovanni in Fassa, the Museo Geologico delle Dolomiti in Predazzo and, a little further away, reachable in about 25 minutes, the Palazzo della Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme in Cavalese are definitely worth a visit. In winter, you are 5 minutes from the two ski areas of Lusia and San Pellegrino. In summer, in addition to the walks that start near the structure, there are all the trekking routes on the Dolomite massifs, such as Catinaccio, Sassolungo, Sella, Latemar and the routes along the valleys such as San Nicolò and Valfredda. Then the Carezza lake and the Paneveggio Park with the Foresta dei Violini are worth a visit.
