The house is located 1.5Km from Ozieri, in the province of Sassari. The locations is a perfect pivot point to easily visit both the east coast, the famous Costa Smeralda and the west coast, near Alghero. The house is right in the middle of a forest of oaks and strawberry trees, arbutus, a plants in Sardinian nature. The house is very spacious (around 100 squared meters), finely finished and furnished and is fully climatized with a large balcony equipped with bbq, wood-oven. In addition a large space outside is available for parking under tree shadows. The place is peaceful and panoramic, at 500m above see level and it is constituted of 3 bedrooms and one large reading room with TV and two sofas and an open kitchen with a large table. The bedrooms are one double -bed room and 2 single-bed rooms, all with independent bathrooms; bed sheets and pillows are included. All the necessary kitchen appliances (oven, fridge and freezer) plus pots and cutlery is present. The washing machine is also available. Parking slot is free. Hosts can access all spaces (BBQ, terrace ...).

The little town of Ozieri offers all type of services and shops such as restaurants, wine shops, pizzerias and car hiring. There is an hospital, night medical emergency service, pharmacies and also a public library with a large selection of books, some in English. In the surroundings there is the possibility to rent tennis and football pitches and there is a horse riding centre. From a cultural and archeological point of view, Ozieri offers the possibility to explore the pre-historic (nuraghi, domus de janas), roman (bridge pont'etzu), pisan (church Bisarcio) and Spanish/Catalan (in numerous cgurches) history of the island. Additionally it is possible to have a glance on the history of the area by cisiting the archeological and the diocesan musei. Welcome!
