The loft is located in the characteristic area of ​​the port of Fano along the characteristic Canal port. It is the result of a careful renovation of one of the typical colorful fishermen's row houses that characterize the port area of ​​Fano. Upon entering the loft you will be greeted by a bright environment renovated with natural materials. A modern environment awaits you equipped with all comforts and designed to let you experience the atmosphere that can be felt in one of the most typical and lively areas of the city. From the windows you can enjoy a privileged view of the canal port with its many boats. The apartment is designed as an open space. The living area, equipped with a modern kitchen, is the heart of the house. The relaxation area overlooks this, organized on a mezzanine floor and furnished with two large comfortable sofas. The effect is that of an extremely convivial environment. Wood has been used extensively in the floors and leaves the roof beams completely exposed. The result is a welcoming environment that will make you feel at home from the first moment. The double bedroom is large and has a total white look that invite yand can be immediately reached from the living area. The bathroom with window has a comfortable shower. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and has two poufs that transform into two single beds. Leaving the house you are immediately in the heart of the fishing port, in front of you the canal, the harbor master's office, the typical brightly colored fishermen's houses, the pier, the beaches and a wide choice of restaurants, bars and clubs. The nearest fine sandy beach is only 150 meters away. If you love stones, a comfortable 500 meter walk is enough to reach the nearest factory. In just 5 minutes on foot you will be in the heart of the historic center of the city where the signs of the ancient Roman Empire are clearly visible and are accompanied by clubs, shops and good food.

The history of the port has its roots already in Roman times and has always been the heart and beating center of Fano - marinara. The work of fishing has always been the driving force of this area of ​​the city, once above all artisanal and familiar. Even if today things have changed, there is a place in this area of ​​the city that is still authentic: El Gugul, a small street that is the symbolic place of Fano fishermen. A visit to this little known area of ​​the port is a must. The visit to the sea area of ​​Fano continues with a walk, preferably at sunset, on the quay of the trabucchi. Also called bílancion, Quadri, lugerne, pésche define the physiognomy of this area of ​​the waterfront.
