Beautiful apartment furnished in Ampezzo style, in a luxurious and very central condominium of 8 units, in the most sought after and sunny residential area of Cortina, with incomparable views of Tofane and other peaks of the Ampezzo valley. From the communal garden direct access to the promenade and cycle path of the "Ex-railway". Equipped with 6 comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, large balconies, 1 indoor parking space (garage) and 1 possible additional outdoor parking space. CIN IT025016C2OVUN5MEC

The apartment is located in the most exclusive, sought after and sunny area of Cortina. It offers a wonderful view of the Tofane and the other beautiful peaks of the Ampezzo valley. From the communal garden you have direct access to the famous walk / cycle path of the "Ex-railway". The location is the best you can find in Cortina in terms of centrality, view and practicality. The apartment is located: - 3 minutes walk from Corso Italia, the pedestrian and main shopping street of Cortina with its many bars, restaurants, hotels, shops and boutiques - 3 minutes walk from the most famous clubs and the most renowned discos (Vip Club, Janbo, Bilbò and Blu Club) - 3 minutes walk from the "Cooperativa di Cortina" (the famous shopping center on Corso Italia) - 2 minutes walk from the bus station (via skibus very convenient connection to the ski facilities, the "Freccia nel Cielo" cable car and the Tofana and Cinque Torri slopes), - 2 minutes walk from the Skipass office and from a rental and sales center for skis, boots, sleds and bicycles - 5 minutes on foot in the plains from the departure of the Faloria cable car (connection with the slopes of Faloria and Cristallo)
