With its 105 m², the apartment features a spacious living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. The location is ideal: just steps from shops, restaurants, bars, and public transport stops. Within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find the Casino de la Vallée, the Grand Hotel Billia, and the Palais of Saint-Vincent. The Saint-Vincent thermal spa is about 2-3 minutes away by car. The ski resorts of Torgnon, Valtournenche, and Cervinia are around 25 minutes away. The apartment includes a TV, a private balcony for relaxing outdoors, and is in a building with an elevator. Please note there is no Wi-Fi or air conditioning. Guests have access to free street parking and a ski storage area. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
