For those looking for a place with a unique view, with direct access to the beach and with all the comforts, Mama House is the solution you are looking for. The house has an independent access in the private road with private parking, a garden with outdoor shower and plenty of space; the house is on the first floor, the large open space is occupied by the kitchen with peninsula (which also allows you to cook while admiring the sea!)equipped with the most modern equipment including induction floor and dishwasher, perfect for kitchen lovers who want to create culinary delicacies with the sea breeze as a companion. The living room with led tv and sofa (which can become a sofa bed and accommodate up to 6 people), overlooks the veranda where you can completely immerse yourself in the beauty of the seascape. The house has two double bedrooms and offers breathtaking views, one on the sea and one on the mountain, equipped with smart sockets next to the bed with fast charging. Before access the house will be required to sign the short lease as required by D.L. 50/2017 and Law n. 96/2017.
