Property information

Elegant apartment on the first floor (with elevator) of the prestigious Palazzo Giugni Fraschetti, dating back to 1500. The apartment welcomes you in the bright living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two people. From here, through two steps, you reach the corridor on which open a bedroom with double bed and large living terrace, a bathroom with shower, a second bathroom with bathtub and another large bedroom with double bed. The kitchen area is new and fully equipped. From here you can also access the large terrace, ideal for a breakfast or an aperitif outdoors on warmer days. Inside the building there is also a covered garage where you can park one car. The maximum dimensions per car are 4 meters x 2.10 meters. It is not possible to park gas-powered vehicles. If your car exceeds the permitted dimensions we offer you the possibility of parking it for free at a partner garage.

Neighbourhood information

Alfani Deluxe is centrally located (in a Limited Traffic Zone, ZTL), perfect to walk to all the main Florentine attractions, such as the beautiful Basilica of Santa Croce and the Market of Sant'Ambrogio (about 10 minutes), the majestic Duomo (6 minutes), and much more! Please note that you must climb about ten steps to access the elevator. Before your arrival you will need to complete the online check-in process. Once you have booked, you will receive a message with a link to complete the procedure and start your new adventure in Florence!
