Ancient farmhouse with a cowshed, it has been completely renewed but keeping at the same time the original structures which you can find in the wooden-beam ceilings and in the common parts. The building is just near the manor inside a marvellous park. The “bed and breakfast” offers 3 bedrooms: 1 double room with a third bed and private bathroom, 1 double room with a bunk bed and 1 single room with a shared bathroom; a living room with a fireplace where you can have your breakfast which is served outside under the portico during the summer. The “bed and breakfast” is surrounded by a park with ancient trees in a very relaxing environment out of time. I’m Serena, a real Bolognese woman, who finally succeeded to make her dream come true by realizing her own “b&b” where people could feel themselves at home, free but pampered and cared for at the same time. I have a huge passion for countryside and cooking and you’ll find this in my breakfasts I personally prepare everyday by cooking pies, muffins, strudels, tarts and doughnuts. My desire was creating a “house” which could represent the real hospitality of Bologna in a familiar although refined environment.

The “bed and breakfast” is about 15 km far from Bologna’s downtown, which can be easily reached thanks to the closeness of the main communication routes and the highway, by offering in this way comfort and, at the same time, peace and silence: an ideal solution for those travelling for business and for tourists wishing to visit our wonderful town and neighbouring villages of Bazzano, Monteveglio, Castello di Serravalle, Vignola etc… Near the b&b you can also take excellent walks in the country, by wholly enjoying the benefits of this “healthy” isolation!
