CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax Moneglia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people than those declared; we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often allowed, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15). Apartment in the pedestrian area of ​​the central caruggio of Moneglia, with PRIVATE TERRACE, surrounded by all the services you may need and less than 100 meters from the sea. You will literally only need a few steps to enjoy the beach. Ideal accommodation for visiting the famous places in the surrounding area such as Sestri Levante and Tigullio or the Cinque Terre reachable in about 30 minutes by train. Free AIR CONDITIONING. Accommodation located on the third floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift. Inside you will find a living area with dining table, sofa, TV and comfortable kitchen equipped with all the essentials: induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils and dishes. From here you can access the bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, air conditioning and a sofa bed that can become a bed for one person. In total the apartment can therefore accommodate 3 people. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is equipped with sanitary ware and a bathtub. Leaving the apartment you will find a first outdoor area with a table and chairs, climbing an external flight of stairs that runs along the house you will arrive at the private terrace with deck chairs, a table and chairs: the perfect place to sunbathe or have lunch and dinner outside during the summer months. On the terrace there is also an outdoor shower to cool off on the hottest days. In the house you will also find a washing machine that can be used during your stay. There is air conditioning in both the kitchen and the bedroom. There is NO Wi-Fi and the accommodation does not have private parking. The linen (sheets and towels) is provided by us and included in the price. Small pets are allowed with a supplement. ATTENTION: you cannot reach the entrance by car as it is in the pedestrian area of ​​the city. THERE ARE SOME STAIRS TO GET TO THE DOOR AND THE TERRACE and therefore it is not recommended for elderly people and/or those with walking difficulties.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of the city of Moneglia, that is, in the central medieval alley that cuts the center in two. Here, squeezed between the facades of the houses, you will find shops, grocery stores and supermarkets, bakeries, tobacconists, pharmacies, bars and restaurants that offer the best of the fish and traditional Ligurian cuisine. The sea is about 100 meters away, so you will literally only need a few steps to enjoy the beach. Moneglia is perfect for families and those with small children due to the reduced car traffic, sandy beaches and shallow waters. The station is 500 meters away and therefore the accommodation is very convenient for those traveling by public transport. The wild nature of the promontory that divides Moneglia from Riva Trigoso, a hamlet of Sestri Levante, is one of the favorite places for climbing enthusiasts. The Moneglia cliff, reachable from the town by following the path outside the tunnels, is characterized by an equipped wall overlooking the sea of ​​about 90 meters. It is also a favorite destination for lovers of outdoor sports and trekking: in the hills that surround it there are numerous paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike that offer incredible views of the coast surrounded by the vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub, while some of Moneglia's beach resorts offer windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing courses, making these beaches ideal for those who want to practice water sports. Moneglia station, which is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment, is the ideal starting point for visiting the surroundings without using the car: in about 30 minutes you can reach Monterosso al Mare, before the Cinque Terre, in 20 minutes Sestri Levante, in about an hour Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino. Moneglia is 50 km from Genoa, the capital of the region of incredible beauty.
