"Nel Vicolo" Luxury B&B is located inside Palazzo Leopardi of the 1700s with independent access from Vico Caponetti (former Vicolo delle Rimesse) leading to the Cortiletto Romanico, a Romanesque courtyard of the 1300s. Located on the top floor, it can be reached via either stairs or private lift, very convenient for baggage and persons with disabilities. Rooms are carefully decorated with antique furniture and overlook the main square Luca da Penne. It can accommodate up to 5 persons. It is composed by a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a family room with a double bed, a single bed, a sofa-bed and private external bathroom. The B&B is equipped with all accessories, high quality fixtures and fittings, independent heating system, air conditioning in each room with remote control for custom regulation. There is also a terrace with breathtaking view to the mountains excellent for amazing pictures. We have an agreement with the best bars in the main square; breakfasts is served even with home delivery if you prefer.

You can reach in 30 minutes either the golden beach of the Adriatic coast or the mountains of the Gran Sasso - Monti della Laga National Park.
