Its location is also perfect for experiencing Milan’s most exclusive events up close: from Fashion Week to Design Week, major events, fairs, and the OLYMPIC GAMES. The apartment is an open space with a mezzanine. IMPORTANT: the mezzanine where the bed is located has a height of 165–176 cm. If you are very tall or prefer more headroom, I can provide the click-clack sofa bed in the living area. You can keep it open for the entire stay or close it each day (in this case, the bed linen must be repositioned daily). The 4-meter ceilings and large window make the space bright and airy. The interiors are designed in an industrial style with authentic materials such as wood, iron, marble, and resin, rose-gold decorative walls, a headboard made from century-old wooden boards, and creative details that make the space unique. The apartment is quiet and cozy, perfect for 1 or 2 guests. Note: the bathroom has a height of approximately 180 cm, and the shower has a transparent glass panel. The property is located in a historic building from 1900 WITHOUT an elevator, on the 3rd floor. The tourist tax must be paid via the check-in app (a small processing fee applies). You can also book additional services—such as luggage storage—through the app. Tourist tax for 2026 has increased.

The studio is located in the heart of Brera, one of Milan’s most charming and iconic neighborhoods—full of art galleries, independent boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and outdoor cafés. Within just a few minutes' walk, you’ll find the Sforza Castle, Sempione Park, the Brera Art Gallery, and the famous Fashion District (Quadrilatero della Moda). The Duomo and La Scala Theatre are also easily reachable on foot or by public transport. This area is perfect for both first-time visitors and those who already know Milan and want to experience it more authentically. It's very well connected by metro, tram, and bus, yet also ideal for exploring on foot and soaking in every detail at a relaxed pace. For dinner, I recommend the traditional restaurants on Via Solferino and Corso Garibaldi, while for an aperitivo or night out, you’ll find chic spots and elegant cocktail bars just around the corner.
