INFO ABOUT THE HOUSE → The house has in total 3 studio apartments designed and realized to welcome guests in the best possible way by giving security and tranquility for short stays from 1 to 29 days. The building has been entirely renovated in 2023, before opening. → Each studio has a private bathroom and a furnished kitchenette. → Each studio is 25 squared meters and is brigh and silent, with windows and a door-window overlooking the private inner courtyard/garden. High-speed Wi-Fi in the house and garden. Panel heating and cooling on ceiling. → You will find new furnishings and a scrupulous sanitation: hygiene, cleaning and anti-allergy treatment are the key for a good sleep. Beds with firm mattresses, cotton sheets, seasonally adjusted comforters, high and low pillows. In each room there is a wall safe and luggage stand; small table with chairs; 32'' smart TV; small wardrobe; refrigerator (large 60 cm base) with freezer cell; kettle, cups, glasses, instant coffee, tea etc; → Private bathroom with window; shower box; dispensers of soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner; hair dryer; we provide towels, slippers, etc. → Iron and ironing board are always available to guests in the laundry room (they are in "sharing mode" and that's why they are not listed as available in each room); information materials and books are in consultation in reception room. Private courtyard / garden for guests. When you book, please let is know about your estimated time of arrival. We will be happy to give you information on transportation, tips on pizzerias and restaurants or gelateria... The house is very close to Milano and to the Malpensa Airport and the Lakes. You do not need a car to reach us. Check in: if you arrive with an early flight and need an early check-in (i.e. before 3 p.m.), please let us know as soon as you book: we will do our best to accommodate you if the rooms are free the night before. Check out: you can leave anytime before 11:00.

The interior of our detached house was completely renovated in 2023 with hospitality in mind, creating comfortable and independent spaces that can offer privacy, as well as a communal inner court / garden (private, people from outside the house do not have access). We believe that home sharing empowers more active and responsible citizens, and we offer sustainable, quality hospitality with attention to the environment and relationships, passing on our traditions and culture while leaving guests total privacy. We usually welcome you in person and hand you the keys upon presentation of your ID documents, and then leave you all the privacy. We like to host travelers from all over the world to make them feel "at home away from home"; we can welcome them by speaking different languages and offering an authentic, open and non-discriminatory human experience. Those who love books, good food, art and music history will rejoice in finding unique and interesting materials. Only guests who have booked can enter the property. Each guest is registered with ID and guests who have not booked/are not registered are not allowed to stay. INFO ABOUT THE LOGISTICS AND THE AREA We are located in Via Fratelli Cairoli 14 A in the city of Busto Arsizio (VA). → the railway station Busto Arsizio Nord is only 4 minutes away on foot. Frequent direct trains will take you inside Malpensa airport in 10 minutes, or to the city center of Milan in 30 minutes. YOU DO NOT NEED A CAR TO REACH US! WE ARE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT AND TO MILAN CITY CENTER. → There are 2 supermarket 5 minutes away on foot from the house; the municipal market is also nearby (thursdays and saturdays) → A short walk will take you to the historic center of Busto Arsizio (10 minutes on foot) where you will find stores, bookstores, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pizzerias, historic churches, Textile Museum... → Teatro Sociale is a 4-minute walk away; the swimming pool “Piscina Manara” is just a little further on → Busto Arsizio F.S. station, the Milan-Rho Fair, Switzerland and the Lombard Lakes are easily reached by train and by car. → Parking is free on the street in front of the house and on adjacent streets. You will find maps and directions in the house, and we are available to give you suggestions. The area is safe. During the day there is movement of commuters to/from the station, and in the evening it is very quiet. The area in the past was home to textile industries and artisan workshops; today the former factory spaces are making way for new realities. A number of urban regeneration projects (such as pedestrian paths, public greenery and social spaces) are going to be implemented around our home, boosted by the 2026 Winter Olympics that will take place in our region. All in all, the neighborhood is in transformation, and we are happy to have done our part by completely renovating and bringing life to a 1900 house that had been uninhabited for decades.
