The Maritti residence is a family-run guest house built in the building owned since 1870 in the Monti district. The panoramic terrace offers a UNIQUE and BREATHTAKING view of the archaeological area, a UNESCO heritage site, and the city. On the first floor, " CLASSIC ROOMS "the original late nineteenth-century furnishings of the "aunts" to whom some rooms of the apartment are dedicated are carefully preserved: Zia Olga, Zia Elena, Zia Bianca. The third floor, " DECO' STYLE "with frescoed ceilings and concrete floor tiles, in some rooms is enriched by furnishings in Decò or Empire style and prints and paintings that bear the memory of the Marchesa Maria Corsi. The fourth floor " CONTEMPORARY SUITE "stands out for its extraordinary brightness and the light distribution of the spaces, preserving the style of the beginning of the century in its grit floors. Tastefully furnished, it is also enriched by paintings and sculptures by emerging Italian artists. The Superior rooms, more spacious, overlook the street and some have a privileged view of the Forum of Augustus. The standard rooms overlook small internal courtyards. The building, the common areas and the rooms are decorated with paintings and objects of the family or works of art by emerging artists. Each floor has a small fully equipped kitchen. The structure retains the atmosphere of an ancient family residence with all the modern comforts to spend a pleasant stay. The new breakfast service, available from 8.15 to 11.00, is carried out at the Massenzio Restaurant in largo Corrado ricci 2/6 just 2 minutes walk from our residence. You will find an Italian and international menu to choose from, à la carte, served at the table. Gluten-free and vegan options are available.
