My detached house is located in the village called Sartirana (Merate). Just around the corner of the house, you will find the lovely little lake, the perfect place for a relaxing walk, or for running. On the ground floor, you will find my little garden, where you’ll see the Olive Tree, several plants, and a rustic and flowery pergola. The house is divided in two: upon entering, on the ground floor, you'll find my space, well-isolated from the surrounding area. On the first floor, there's space reserved for my guests, offering complete privacy. The stone staircase leads you to the first floor, where you'll find your private room with a private ensuite bathroom. The OLIVE TREE ROOM features a double bed (160x190 cm mattress, 23 cm thick, anti-mite), with two pillows and sanitized white sheets. A modern wood-effect floor, an open wardrobe for your travel essentials, towels, and books. The ensuite bathroom (bright during the day, with a vintage touch) is comfortable, especially at night. The room has everything you need for your comfort (coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, cups, glasses, iron, hairdryer, and much more).

The village of Sartirana (Merate) is old but very charming. It is made up of old low houses (usually with gardens), a bakery, a well-stocked grocery store, a quaint bar. At the corner of the house, you will find the little lake of Sartirana (a natural reserve), where you can have a relaxing walk or you can go for a run. Merate in well located in Brianza. Closed to Milan (35 km), to the lake of Como to airports, to the mountain and to the River Adda which flows in the nearby. Merate has nice restaurants, coffee house, supermarket and beautiful shops.
