This beautiful property sits at the entrance to the borgo. It is on one level except for a few steps down to the kitchen and steps down to your own private beautiful olive garden with your own sunloungers and table and chairs for alfresco dining. It is is suitable for 2 couples or a family. It contains 2 bedrooms, living room, 1 shower room and toilet (combined) and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We have the communal seating areas shown in the pictures in, around and above the swimming pool. We have a bar and restaurant in the piazzetta for guests to have Aperitivo and simple meals. A few minutes walk we have restaurant Scola and a local shop. At 10 mins walk another restaurant called Gin. Small bar and restaurant on site ( seasonal opening ) Within a few minutes drive we have some small shops with the larger supermarkets a 10K. The swimming pool is used for the guests of Colletta and owners. It is open 15th May - 1 Oct unheated. The beautiful beaches of Alassio and Albenga and its stunning old town is only 15 km by car. Lots of lovely historic coastal villages to visit. Things to do - walking, hiking, mountain climbing, site seeing.
