The genesis of the project Our project was born from the desire to take over and enhance the structure, a family property, built in the 70s as a nursing home. The first founder was our father, Nello, from whom the structure takes its name (Ollen is the anagram of his name). We have decided to overturn the use of the structure but always focusing on well-being, this time in a different guise. We wanted to create a place where well-being and space meet to create a new form of hospitality: eco-bleasure (eco-sustainability, business and leisure). The space is designed to experience unique moments and rediscover one's dimension even away from home through the comfort of apartments with a view and private terrace, and all the services of a residence aimed at physical and mental well-being. We have always taken care of people, as a family, as doctors and today we want to do it with a new project, Ollen.

Located 5 minutes from the main Via Etnea, Ollen apartments offers modern, refined and fully equipped and air-conditioned apartments in a quiet residential area. The common areas are also made available to guests, such as the garden with relaxation area and hydromassage, the solarium, the bar where the international buffet breakfast is served, including vegetarian options, lunch, aperitif and dinner. It is also possible to take advantage of room service to take advantage of the spacious outdoor terraces in each apartment. The property offers other services such as free WiFi, private parking on site, laundry service and 24/7 reception. The apartments are equipped with a flat-screen smart TV, a seating area and a private bathroom with shower, bidet and free toiletries made available to guests. All apartments have a kitchen equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob, kitchenware, kettle and coffee machine. During your stay at the Ollen apartments you can take advantage of the bicycle rental service to explore the surroundings or ask our staff for support with taxis, car rental or booking excursions to Etna. The structure is located in a convenient point for accessing the motorway to explore other characteristic areas of Isola Bella and Taormina, Syracuse, Noto, easily reachable by motorway. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is 10 km from the Ollen apartments and it is possible to request a paid airport shuttle service.
