Patrizia Romana Palace offers spacious apartments with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. It is 350 metres from San Camillo-Forlanini Hospital and 150 metres from Spallanzani and Ospedale Israelitico hospitals. Each apartment features a different, modern design and is equipped with a kitchenette and dining area. Some have a balcony with views over the neighbourhood. The private bathroom includes a hairdryer and ironing facilities are available on request. The Patrizia Palace is located in the Portuense area of Rome, a 10-minute walk from a tram stop to the historic centre. An Italian breakfast is available at a café a few steps from the property.

Apartment description: Each Suite of the Patrizia Romana Palace measures approximately 30 square meters, and have been created according to the American “open-space” concept in order to offer a most comfortable accommodation. Every unit consists of: a sitting area with pantry kitchen and snack table; a relax area with sofa-bed and flat screen TV of 32 inches, a sleeping area, equipped with a spacious wardrobe, a comfortable double bed or twin beds and an elegant marble bathroom with shower. Every apartment can host up to maximum 3 persons.
Monteverde is a new quiet residential area, surrounded by greenery and close to major points of interest for leisure and business. we are close to the historic center and to Trastevere the heart of the Roman nightlife district. We nearby hospitals San camillo, Forllanini and European center of excellence for infectious diseases Lazarus Spallanzani. you can easily reach the neighborhood the eur and Rome Fair, and the Portaportese district, where every Sunday to the famous Roman market "Portaportese".
