Company information

I am an architect who deals with the renovation of private homes, hotels, yacht. I have very good collaborators who take care of the house in Pescallo and Civenna, of every detail, of every guest.

Property information

The house of Pescallo was a convent in 1600, and since 1700 had been a fisherman's house. It is completely covered by a centuries-old ivy. The location to the east, the guarantees sunshine since the early morning.

Neighbourhood information

Pescallo is a Bellagio neighborhood. On the west side of the peninsula there is the city center, on the east side there is Pescallo. Much more quiet and reserved than the center. City center reachable by a pedestrian street in just 5 minutes walk
