In the heart of Sanremo, nice on room apartment completely renovated. A few steps from the shopping street, via Matteotti, from the famous theater Ariston, from all the services and from the magnificent beaches of Corso Imperatrice and from the cycle path. The property enjoys all the comforts and has a traditional double bed and a sofa bed
Ciao, sono Fabio e sono entusiasta di darvi il benvenuto nel mio appartamento. Ho creato questo spazio pensando a come mi piacerebbe essere ospitato quando viaggio. Vivo a Sanremo da sempre e la ritengo semplicemente Bellissima.
L'appartamento si trova nel pieno centro città, in una via pedonale molto silenziosa, a 100 metri dalla prestigiosa via Matteotti a 200 metri dal teatro Ariston e a 500 metri dal Casinò Municipale. Il mare, le spiagge, e la pista ciclabile si raggiungono a piedi con una camminata di circa 4/5 minuti. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano vari ristoranti e locali della movida tipo la Piazza Bresca.
