The name of this characteristic Tuscan farmhouse, given to it from the time of it's construction, at the beginning of the 20th century means "one step from the side of the hill of Montaione". The same name has been passed on for a century right up to the present day and is above all quite unique.

Welcome in Tuscany Located on the edge of a hill just 500 meters far from the village of Montaione, nestled in unspoiled nature and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, stands holiday home Piè di Costa, an exclusive and unique place of its kind, able to give its guests stay above all expectations.

Neighbourhood information

The ideal location of Piè di Costa - as well as giving its guests really suggestive panoramic views of from the top of Valdelsa - allows you to reach in less than one hour drive the most famous cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca, and in about 30 minutes you can visit San Gimignano and Volterra.
