It is also possible to request the provision of the second bedroom after booking, upon request via message and payment of the supplement to be paid on site during check-in. The furnished apartment for tourist use - Short-term rentals - Pietra di Bismantova Short Lets, is located approximately 700 meters above sea level. immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park in the municipality of Castelnovoné Monti in the Province of Reggio Emilia. The house is located on the municipal road that goes around the limestone sandstone cliff called Pietra di Bismantova from which the structure takes its name. Around the house there are extensive green areas made up of cultivated fields and trees of various kinds, including tall trees such as oak and walnut trees. There are only two rural buildings nearby. It should be noted that in the case of a standard minimum booking for 2 people normally accommodated in a single room, guests can ask us directly after booking for the provision of two beds occupying both available rooms (1 room for each guest), upon payment of the supplement to be paid on site during check-in. In the case of stays of up to two days, final cleaning is included in the price. However, the kind collaboration of the guests is appreciated in order to tidy up and clean all the rooms, in particular the bathrooms and kitchen, emptying the waste containers present in the apartment and arranging and reuniting all the waste collection bags within the structure. We will take care of placing the waste produced in the appropriate roadside containers with separate collection.
