Located in the heart of Naples a few hundred meters from the central Piazza del Plebiscito, the enchanting promenade (Via Caracciolo), the main tourist attractions (Palazzo Reale, Teatro San Carlo, Galleria Umberto, Maschio Angioino, Galleria Borbonica and Tunnel Borbonico) as well as from the famous shopping streets (Via Chiaia and Via Toledo). Il Plebiscito Home Holidays is a "Smart Home" or a "smart home" equipped with home automation technology to ensure and guarantee maximum comfort through the management and control of the electrical devices in the house (lighting, TV, air conditioning, etc.) with simple voice commands! And not only! The innovative "self check-in (and check-out)" system allows automated access for guests in total autonomy 24 hours a day! The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), 1 bedroom (double), 1 transformable living room (living area with sofa or sleeping area with foldaway double bed and total privacy) and 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and washing machine. San Ferdinando is a district in the center of Naples. The district borders to the west with the Chiaia district, to the north with the Montecalvario, Porto and San Giuseppe districts; to the south and east it overlooks the Gulf of Naples. The perimeter of the district extends from piazza Municipio along the promenade to piazza Vittoria, going up via Calabritto, piazza dei Martiri, via Chiaia, up to the steps of Chiaia, uphill Cariati, descending through Trinità degli Spagnoli up to via Toledo. Together with the districts of Chiaia and Posillipo it forms the first municipality of the municipality of Naples. The neighborhood is full of cultural activities ranging from the academic, to the artistic to the recreational. In less than a square kilometer there are two city newspapers, eight museums and five theaters that make San Ferdinando one of the cultural centers of Naples.
