A 1700 house expertly restored by local artisanal workers and renovated with all the necessary comforts necessary to make your stay here an unforgettable one. Situated in an enchanting location of Martina Franca in the heart of the Valle d’Itria, the main part of the house has a modern kitchen with an annexed living room, and a queen-sized bedroom with a private bath. The second part of the house, reserved exclusively for the house guests, has a ground floor relaxation room with a couch, fireplace, teapot, wine cellar, tv with Netflix and other streaming channels. The lower level, housed in an old woodshed, has a warm water (37 degree Celsius in winter and 32 degree Celsius ) swimming pool with a waterfall and hydromassage. Each of them furnished with luxury, the rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and heating / cooling that can be changed according to the needs of the users. The relais also has a private garden where there is an old well (‘Antico Pozzo’) (formerly the meeting place of the inhabitants of the village until the privatization of the house), from which gives the location derives its name.
