Residence Baumgartner is located in Fiè allo Sciliar, a 10-minute drive from the closest cable car station of the Alpe di Siusi ski area and Lake di Fié. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout. The simple, self-catering Apartments are furnished in Alpine style and offer a terrace or balcony with mountain views, and a seating area. Guests have access to a garden with a seasonal swimming pool, sunbeds, and a playground for children. A ski storage room, a laundry room, and garage parking spaces are also available. A range of restaurants and a grocery shop are located within 400 metres of Baumgartner Residence. A bus with links to Bolzano and Alpe di Siusi stops next to the property. Activities in the surrounding area include ice skating, horseback riding and tennis. Hiking trails start right on the doorstep.
