The elegant one-bedroom flat, stylishly furnished with attention to detail, includes: • entrance with security door, mirror, coat rack and intercom; • living area with single sofa bed (double on request with extra charge), TV cabinet, 44” Smart TV, fan, air conditioning and safe; • kitchenette with induction hob and suitable cookware, dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, kettle, tableware, utensils, kitchen scale, hand blender and vacuum cleaner; • bedroom with double bed (slatted base and orthopaedic mattress), armchair bed (ideal for a child), bedside tables, large wardrobe and TV; • bathroom with window, shower box, 80-litre boiler and washing machine; • large, well-lit terrace with table and chairs.
