Valdarno Travel that manage directly this Residence, is part of the MIT group (Made Inside Tuscany) that manages Residence and Agritourisms only in Tuscany. This is our strength, because we host tourists in the land where we were born and raised.

The complex was completely refurbished in 2006 and since then the apartments were new. Completely restyled between March and May 2015 have been tastefully decorated in a classic tuscan style and are comfortable, spacious, bright and perfect for couples or families from 2 to 8 people. The apartments are furnished in Tuscan style with attention to detail by professionals who have personally overseen the interior design to make them unique and fascinating. The floors are tiled with Florentine cotto tiles, the wall decorations are sought, the furnishings are in walnut and country kitchens are made of solid wood and equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, extractor hood and 2 electric rings each.

Residence La Poggerina is a former convent built in 1930 and is located in the Tuscan hills at the gates of Chianti few minutes from the A1 motorway exactly in the middle between Florence, Arezzo and Siena. Near Residence La Poggerina is located the famous “Il Girasole Camping”, a plenty of restaurants and places famous all over the world for the famous Chianti landscape, its wine and its enchanting countryside. International celebrities like Sting have chosen this area for their country italian residence that is located a short walk from Residence La Poggerina. Those who love riding can go to the nearby “Vecchio Texas” Stables. For those who enjoy shopping and Italian fashion in the area there are fashion outlets (including The Mall) to find Armani, Gucci, Fendi, Moschino, Cavalli, Valentino and Prada outlets. The area is full of scenic roads and nature trails for hiking, jogging and mountain bikes for outdoor sports immersed in the Tuscan countryside.
